Return Policy

At Mmuse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we're here to help!

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Initiate a Return:  To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email] with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.
Refunds:  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:  Gift cards, and any used or opened products, are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
